Helpful, informative, speedy professionals. I started using Classic Carpet & Rug about eight years ago, and they have been fantastic to work with. I recently went in with my daughter who was ordering a rug for her baby's room. The person who I was dealing with was absolutely great. Everyone there was fast, helpful, gave good advice, and provided a great delivery service. The people at Classic Carpet & Rug are helpful and informative professionals. I would highly recommend them.

Great! Classic Carpet & Rug did my daughter's two staircases with a runner. They were on time, and came in and did the job. They were very accommodating! They also left everything clean. They're great!

Classic Carpet is the best! We recently built a new master bedroom and we got the most gorgeous carpet from Classic Carpet. This is just the creme de la creme of all the lovely carpets Dan has helped us with over the 30 years we've lived in town. The service they've provided over the years has been above and beyond... What You Would Hope For in Carpet Selection and Installation! Shopping for a carpet for a teenage daughter isn't the easiest thing in the world. From the moment we entered the store, Dan made us feel comfortable and was only interested in helping my daughter find the carpet that satisfied her. It took another trip back, but he did it! Then, unforeseen events caused us to delay installation for 4 months, and Dan again came to the rescue with an offer to warehouse it for us. If we think we need a new carpet or rug, that's where we go I've been a customer of Classic Carpet & Rug for more than twenty years and they have a tremendous selection of rugs and carpets. They have knowledgeable staff, are very helpful, easy to work with, and do what they say they're going to do. Everything's on time and their customer service is great. They're a pleasure to work with.

Good job I have been pleased with my experience with Classic Carpet & Rug in the past, so I knew who to call when I needed some carpeting installed in my basement. They did a good job installing the carpet and it looks great. My only issue is that they somehow mixed up my address, so the installers came late because they had gone to the wrong place. But other than that, the service was good.

Very helpful and accommodating We were impressed by Classic Carpet & Rug. They had a vast selection of beautiful area rugs at fantastic prices. Jack and Dan were very friendly and informative. They didn't try to upsell us and gave us design tips on what we wanted. I'd definitely recommend them.

Very professional and friendly! We're repeat customers of Classic Carpet & Rug. We had them put carpet in our home many years ago and we recently had them replace some carpet. They did a wonderful job! It looks great, everything was completed neatly, and there were no problems. The staff is very friendly and courteous. We will absolutely use them again.
