Great experience We had carpet put in our hallway and down the stairs and it turned out great. The woman I dealt with from Classic Carpet & Rug worked really good. I didn't know too much about carpet and she was honest about what worked and what wouldn't work because I wanted something long-lasting.
On time and on budget I had a very positive experience with Classic Carpet & Rug. Everyone that I dealt with was helpful and professional. The crew that came to install our carpet in our hallways was prompt, neat, and did the job right. The final results look beautiful. I appreciate how affordable the prices are and would recommend them.
Very professional and neat installation Classic Carpet & Rug did a fine job installing carpet for my staircases. They also made an area rug for my master bedroom that I absolutely love. The installers were polite, professional, and helpful. Although, I'd like to note that the displays in the store are very dirty which wasn't very helpful to my shopping experience. Very good I've bought carpets and rugs from Classic Carpet & Rug for both my new and old house. The two men who run it are very good and they seem to help me make a decision on what I want.
Very satisfied Classic Carpet & Rug installed new carpeting for one of our bedrooms. I'm very pleased with the service, prices, and installation. The installers were professional, friendly, and efficient. They left the house clean and were very hardworking. Jack and Dan kept me informed the whole time and were also very flexible with my schedule. This was our first time using them and I'm happy to recommend them.
Positive from start to finish Classic Carpet & Rug is the best! They were easy to deal with and very forthright. Jack and Dan were very accommodating the whole way. We had them install carpet for three of our rooms and we couldn't be happier with their professionalism, skill, and flexibility. They completed the job on time as expected and they were the least expensive out of all of the companies that we had looked at. They really did a beautiful job! We would absolutely use them again for our flooring needs.
Adequate carpet installation service My experience with Classic Carpet & Rug has left me with somewhat mixed feelings about the service. On one hand, the job was done great and everything turned out as I would have expected. I found the gentlemen I worked with in regards of pricing to be quite non-responsive and that made the communication process going forward difficult. Pleasant. Very nice experience. Classic Carpet & Rug were really great. They replaced our old carpet in the living room and hallway. The space was around 28x16. They did a super job, and it was a very good experience. I'm very happy.
Fair price and excellent work! I have had an excellent experience working with Classic Carpet & Rug and have no complaints about anything they have ever done for me. The workers that have come to install the carpet have always been professional and courteous in their demeanor, they did what they said they would do and finished it when they said they would, and overall I think I got a great value for a fair price.
