I dealt with Rick at the Davie location of Dolphin Carpet & Tile. Rick was great to work with. The installation was timely and the installers were professional and efficient. I am very satisfied with the end result!
We were very pleased with Kelvin who helped us with our carpet selection. Gave us options which met our needs. He followed up and kept us informed on the status at all times. The installers were very careful and neat. Carpet looks great. Job well done.
We went to Dolphin tile to look at tile and get information. Bentley was very helpful and not pushy at all. When we decided to purchase the tile Bentley was off that day and his coworker Brent was there to finalize the purchase. Thanks again for all the help!

I was recommended to the store because of the quality of service. I was a bit skeptical because I live far from the store; and in my experience buying flooring is the same everywhere. Ivan changed my mind- he was patient and knowledgeable in everything I asked. I did not feel pushed to buy anything. I loved tour of showroom and his suggestions to my unique problems. I plan to return when I do the rest of my house .
