I was referred to Mike D. at Dolphin Carpet and Tile after a friend of mine listened to my horror story with the potential flooring guy I was supposed to hire. Mike put me at ease. He lined up everything quickly as the carpet was literally holding us up from moving into our new home. He gave us a great price, but when he received the measurement renderings, he was honest about how many seams we would have. A large selection of product, with helpful staff. Contact with installers was difficult. Not much follow up by sales staff once contract was signed. Installers did a great job with the installation.
What a great experience. My wife and I spoke to rick who gave us great customer serivce. He came to the house to take messurement and spome to us there on what to expect when the installers come out. Overall floors came out great. Top knotch service from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend there serivce.
