Initial installers left the job before completion. We contacted our salesman Mike, who immediately contacted Don, installation department, and scheduled new installers for the next morning. Billy and Samuel are two professional experienced installers who completed the job beyond our expectations, and made sure both my husband and myself were very happy. Our heroes

I was very pleased with the selection and the helpful advice on purchasing new flooring for my condo. Phillip helped me with his expertise without me feeling pressured or rushed. The installers were on time, extremely professional and neat. I would certainly be comfortable in recommending them.
We met with Rob C. who was very knowledgeable of the various products the store carries. He answered all the questions and concerns we had. He was always available to answer any questions I had over the phone. The only negative comment I have about the store is that they do not accept returns.
Very happy with my choice to have Dolphin Carpet & Tile install laminate floors in my new home. Rick S. was very helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns. The installation was completed by two professional installers who were very kind and even offered to move my heavy furniture back into place. I highly recommend Dolphin Carpet and Tile and especially with Rick who even contacted me after the installation to make sure everything went smoothly and to my satisfaction. What an excellent experience I had dealing with Dolphin Carpet. I had shopped another company as well as one of the big box stores. The salesman Ben was terrific. This guy really knows his stuff. He was very patient and no pressure at all. He suggested the "Oxford" sample which was their best seller. I can see why. A great color that would blend in any environment.
