Before picking out our floors, we went to multiple showrooms- each one disappointed us with their selection or service. When we walked into Dolphin Carpet and Tile and met Annette, we had a completely different experience- she listened to what look we had in mind and what needs we had, advised us at to the products that suited us best, and walked through samples with us to get a feel for what we liked. I had a very positive shopping experience at Dolphin Carpet & Tile. Annette, my flooring consultant, was very professional and a pleasure to work with. She laid all the information and approximate costs very clearly. The installers were quite professional as well. They were very careful with the furniture that needed to be moved and took additional steps to protect the areas where they needed to place they tools and work equipment. Their installers are professional and do the job right. They deliver on time and when the job is completed your place is left clean and totally transformed. Very good experience from start to finish with my new wood laminate floors. Easy to figure out what I wanted get the rooms measured and quote done and the work completed in a timely fashion. Our salesman Rick S. was wonderful. He was always willing to help and easy to get a hold of when needed. Rick was awesome! I called him and he came right out to the house to measure. He helped me pick out padding and carpet that would withstand my kids and dogs. He even called the day after installation to make sure everything went well. Rick very pleasant and professional throughout the entire experience! I will be sending all my family and friends over to Rick!
