To save those who don't like to take the time to read specifics about specific experience with the service and dependability of vendors, Dolphin Carpet & Tile and more specifically their store manager Rick S. are the only people you want to work with when installing your carpet (flooring). They are service from another era. They are a dependable giant in their industry who still serve their community as if they were a small mom and pop shop. Rick from Dolphin Carpet and Tile made sure we had a fantastic time purchasing new flooring. We never felt pressured to pick a certain floor or even to purchase flooring at all. He truly had our best interest in mind and that is rare to find nowadays. We are extremely happy with the floor we picked. We have now used Dolphin Carpet and Tile two times and both were a seamless easy process from deciding on a floor though the installation.

We had a very good experience with Dolphin Carpet and Tile. Annette, our salesperson, was helpful in choosing the best tile and scheduling the installation. She was easily available by phone and email to answer any questions. Willie and his crew of installers did a beautiful job with the installation. They were polite, came to work on time and cleaned up after the installation.

Our condominium replaced the carpet in the common areas. We selected the right carpet with Dolphin's input as to texture, color, etc. The installation done by Rodrigo and Paulo was excellent. They did not scrape baseboards or walls and cleaned up the area completely, leaving it look fresh and spotless. We commend Dolphin for a job well done.

I walked into Dolphin this morning motivated to get a quick quote and set up installation today. Bentley helped me select the perfect carpet and padding, provided pricing, and set up everything for my order in less than 30 minutes. Plus, he was nice and personable! Thank you Bentley and Dolphin Carpet & Tile - can't wait for our new flooring!

Our trip to Dolphin carpet and tile was a pleasant experience. Annette, our flooring consultant, was patient and helpful in picking out our carpet style and color. She later came to our home to verify our order, measure the areas to be done, and to answer all our questions. She set up our installation day and arranged our installers. I dealt with Rick at the Davie location of Dolphin Carpet & Tile. Rick was great to work with. The installation was timely and the installers were professional and efficient. I am very satisfied with the end result!
