Our living room carpet topped off our remodeling project. Dana was the ultimate saleswoman with her home visit to advise us as we selected her best quality product. Mr. Pettigrew smoothed the way after we had changed our mind on the color we had ordered; absolutely NO hassles! Zach measured expertly and arranged that we get his top installer. We absolutely LOVE our new flooring. Our experience was amazing from the minute we walked in the door. Kristen was so kind and helpful, yet not pushy at all. Zac was a trooper (braved bad roads) when he came to measure. He was honest in answering our questions! Frankie, Dave and their guys were amazing on installation! It looks amazing!! I had tears of joy when I walked thru the door after work to a beautifully completed project. The customer service was over and above!!!
Our experience here was a great one from start to finish. We started off at another flooring store and were basically left to wander around without any sense of direction. We then went to Flooring America where Kerry greeted us, asked what we were looking to do, and started showing us what fit our needs. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Santa may not visit me this Christmas. I was bad, I was very, very bad. I had a screaming hissy fit like I haven’t had since the demons of adolescence hit me 50 years ago. True, I was under a lot of stress, and had more on my plate than I could possibly handle. But my sense of pride told me I could do it all by myself. We had our carpet installed today and these guys were great; friendly, flexible, helpful, hard working and speedy guys! The installers took the time to explain potential problem areas and asked me first before they started in on the install. They also stayed longer to fix a problem in the carpet which I'm presuming most people would just sweep it under the rug and move on with their day. Thanks for going the extra mile today! Also, thanks goes to Zac and Dana for helping us with the flooring selections and financing.
