After an initial very poor install Giant floor stood up and did the right thing. Today they sent two very skilled and professional installers. They tore out the previous install and did an excellent job right down to the cleanup. There was even an offer to help us move the furniture back. One if the worst places to work ? They rip there installers off an then fire them when they complain about it ? All good installers are gone bc the new owner dint appreciate quality work just want oeople they can pay what they want not the rate worked there about 10 yrs an got fired bc my check was short an the new owner said im not giving him enough respect !! Lol respect is earned roman an you didnt earn it !!
Not happy right now with them. Ordered a rug, runner and carpet treads for stairs. Carpet and treads were correct size but runner was an inch short. Now an inch wouldn't have mattered except it was to cover the part of the hall that has cheater boards not hardwood. Now it's going to be pieced which I did not want and got attitude from the woman who does the binding. Didn't have for the holidays.....now if the seams come apart in a few years I'm going to have to spend more money to replace it. And since it was a special order... read more
Had carpet installed in three bedrooms and within two years they needed to be restretched. Called them and no one ever called me back like they said they would.
