My wife and I had carpets installed by Great Floors in Silverdale, WA. They were quick and courteous when we visited in store to pick out the carpets and not pushy at all. After making our selection we set up an appointment for the measurements. The gentleman taking the measurements came by a few days later and was about half an hour early for the appointment. Keeping this short. There were multiple problems with parts of the first installation. The same man that did the install came to re-do the floor. More and bigger problems. The 3rd installation went perfectly. Morris and Great Floors stood behind their products and services.
We just went into the store and found just what we were looking for . . at least we thought, then we changed our minds. Lisa F. guided us through the choices and did a great job educating us on do's and don'ts. The contractor that installed the carpet did a wonderful job. We want to thank all of the staff for their assistance and follow-through.
