We had Great Floors in Kennewick, WA update our kitchen counters and backsplash. Our biggest regret is that we did not check the Better Business Bureau--their GRADE IS AN F! Well, they earned it! The customer service, billing, scheduling, and ordering was a nightmare! We feel we were mislead in the beginning and we were lied to so they could avoid talking to us. We ordered flooring, counter top, back splash and carpet for the stairs. They insisted the the price they quote includes everything then we find out that they didn't include the price for the tear out of the old counter for the counter tops. They told us we didn't need to remove everything from our counter tops to measure so when the installer came in he couldn't measure because of our fish tank. I had a terrible experience with this company. One the people who showed up to put my floors arrived 6hours late. On top of the overpriced labor for loose laying flooring. They put it the wrong direction, tore it and cut it terribly. They also charged me for disposal of the old carpet, but did not take it because they had no room. When me and my daughter went in to explain the situation the boss and manager were super rude and didnt even wanna help me. Basically said they couldnt do anything about it. We have had a horrible experience with Great Floors in Burlington on every project we've done in our home renovation since late September of 2016. From numerous mistakes in ordering & installing the right materials we ordered to ongoing delays to incorrect billings, we have never seen a business operated in this way. We have been trying to resolve errors in our last project with them since October 2016 - our master bath counter & tile. WORST RENOVATION EXPERIENCE. We purchased 800 square foot of hardwood flooring and installation. We noticed gaps between the floors and the walls that were much larger than the rest of the expansion gaps. When we mentioned it to contractor he said put cardboard behind it. Then when we noticed popping noised on the floors and complained to the Bellevue Store manager. His response was "you turned on the furnace" and signed an agreement that cracking and noises due to shrinkage. The agreement doesn't mention noises. Since when ... read more

We would like to file a complaint against Great Floors located in Burlington, WA. We were given a bid which included moving our furniture, installing carpet on a certain day and time, and repositioning our furniture back where it was originally. They screwed up on everything mentioned. They tried to recharge us for moving furniture, didn't arrive on day or time promised, and then lied about what we had originally agreed to.

What a total waste of our time! ****** from Great Floors store in Spokane Valley greeted us when we arrived and then totally disappeared until we had picked out some tile samples. He took down the sample names and left again. We walked out with samples and called him to come to our home to check out the remodel and give us a bid. He sent someone else who was totally disgusting; he ricked of tobacco and body odor. He measured and said ****** would get back to us. Three days later we called ******.
