spoke with scott and he immediately came off as rude. when i explained what i wanted done with my home the tone of voice he spoke to me with made me feel like my ideas for my home were stupid, the tone in his voice showed me he was disinterested and did not care for what i wanted my dream home to look like. i highly recommend you dont bother your time with them and you take your business somewhere that will care about how you want your dream home to look.

Absolutely terrible service....we paid several thousand dollars to get a floor done in our home, they never showed up, tried to charge us additional fees before they would come "again" (even though they never came in the first place) to get it done, and after all that when they finally did show up, they did the WRONG floor!!!!!! Safe to say we won't be using them again.

garbage company. gave them years of business on our commercial properties. Do not go here! Scott gives you lies and excuses, routenely admits he has no idea where his employees are they didnt show up, and always have some dramatic emergency and excuse.
I will never suggest this company again. The carpet installers were horrible at best. This was my third experience with Kenny. The carpet installers kept changing the date. It was a nightmare. After the padding was installed, they told us that the salesman "cheaped-out' and ordered the worst padding. So much so, we have a ridge around the edge of our carpeting which the installer suggested we put molding over it to cover it up. Why was this our third experience?
