Got called b***h on the phone by a guy named Scott. The owner Jeff tried to make things right which I respected. Rug binding fell apart after a year.
Salesman was professional. Quote was good. INSTALL and AFTER SALE SERVICE: Terrible! I can not recommend. We had a home with no furniture and the INSTALL was a disaster. We had a very ill family member so we did not report the rippling right away and rolls right away, but the owner came out and manager. This capet started to roll within the first year horribly. I had three rooms of carpet installed four years ago. I started having problems immediately and Kenny did send someone out one time to stretch the carpet. The carpet continues to ripple and Kenny will take no responsibility. They keep blaming the temperature in the home; however, the previous carpet was installed for 20+ years without one bit of problem. I don't recommend working with a company that doesn't honor its products or workmanship.

Hi Elaine! Thanks for your feedback! We offer a 2 year no questions asked warranty on labor. After 2 years we are more then happy to address any issue but it usually comes with a fee. I will look into your order as some carpets have extended warranties on wrinkling and will call you. Thank you for your business!
Not a good experience. It turned out that the installers they hired to install our carpet rifled our drawers and stole diamond rings. When we challenged them, they defended their workers. They finally admitted the theft and returned our rings.

Hi PJ. All of our installers are sub-contractors. We take pride in the subs we use as some have been with us for over 25 years. The subs who aren't up to our standard are not used for future jobs. I thought we had a good salesman, but boy was I wrong. After coming to the house to measure and seeing the amount of furniture, the salesman said just make sure you have your tabletops cleared off. He said there would not be a problem with the installers moving furniture. Also, that the installers would take the old carpet. Our salesman NEVER informed the installer of the above. Well, when installer Rick and his son showed up, everything flew out the door as to what we were told by the salesman. He was rude and complained th... read more

Not worth the hassle and hoops you have to jump through. They don't care if customer is happy they just look at their bottoms line. Save yourself and go elsewhere. At least with the transit road location
