My husband and I used K&K, working with James, when we moved into our new home. They ripped out old carpet and hardwood and replaced it with beautiful new hardwood throughout the entire floor. They worked with us so that we could pick the exact wood we wanted to use, and when problems arose (because of how the house was built, not because of K&K), they worked with us to create solutions to give us exactly what we were hoping for without increasing the cost.
