We were doing a remodel and had chosen a laminet flooring from Parker. He was very friendly and accommodating with what we wanted. Then during this time our wash machine went bonkers on us and flooded our floors. It was a mess. Parker ordered everything and dealt with insurance for us and tried to get everything done as fast as he could. He is very personable and will help you in making good decisions for what you need. Parker made the process of reflooring our home an easy and exciting process! The scheduling and financing mishaps (on our part) were handled very nicely and he accommodated our needs and communicated very well. Bill Read (carpet installer) did all of our carpets, by HIMSELF, within 3 days. He was respectful and an all-around awesome guy to deal with. All I can say is Theresa Dines at the Nampa location is my hero . She is amazing with all our builder clients as well as my builders . Her customer service is way way above what is required for her position . With out her clients would over spend or get over whelmed and she was always great at making a home beautiful with out spending tons . Can’t say enough about her !!
Great to work with, they replaced the flooring in my dinning/kitchen and laundry rooms, and I couldn't be happier! Professional installation, clean and timely! They're re-doing my daughters wood floors this week!
We had a issue with them and MJ and Nick really did a great job to correct it. We will gladly buy from them again in the future.
