I had a really positive experience with National Floors Direct from beginning to end. We'd been planning to get carpet installed after some other work was done, but had a room empty from a paint job and decided to go for it. I think I contacted them on Friday, a salesman came with samples on Monday, and we installed on Wednesday. The gentleman who came in with samples was wonderful in explaining the pros and cons of each carpet style, and the amount of selection was in the Goldilocks zone. Great workers, the men were right on time and did a great job getting the floors done. They were very professional, work was clean and neat. They made sure I was satisfied with everything. I did ask them to wear a mask upon entering our home and they immediately complied. I was pleased with everything!

I had carpet installed in are bedrooms and national floor sales man came in and was great working with us. Then the installers came in and did a great job with are rugs in and out of the house in 3hrs . Very happy with national floors .

Go with National Floors Direct! We got a quote that was outrageous compared to the *** quote. Our sales person was helpful, kind, patient, and found an amazing deal for us. The company sent explicit directions on how to prepare the space, along with confirmation of delivery day and time. They communicated with us that due to shipment delays, the installation date had to be rescheduled, but it was only a week later so not a big deal at all. The process was smooth and the price was very competitive. The sales person was knowledgeable and came to the appointment on time. He brought lots of samples to choose from as well. The installers were clean and friendly. Product turned out excellent. Exceeded ours expectations!

I am very pleased with the quality of the carpet and installation. I was able to get high grade/quality carpet and underlayment at a reasonable price. The installers arrived on time, removed the old carpet, did a professional installation and cleaned up the rooms. They also dealt carefully with the furniture. The carpet is installed seamlessly, flush against the baseboards and angles are cut perfectly.

The experience with National Floors Direct was great. **** came to our house and showed us some great products and reviewed what would be the best choice for us. He took the time to explain all the advantages of various carpets to us, and worked on getting us the best price possible. The appointment was scheduled for a week later, and the guys who did the install were great. The install was fast and clean and the carpet looks great!!Order CT29435

National Floors Direct provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. The initial phone rep was friendly, attentive and provided a next day, in-home visit. The in-home visit was great; especially with all of the other renovations going on at the same time. I have a brother with special needs, and both the set up representative and the installers were both patient and treated him with kindness and respect! Everything went very smoothly from scheduling to installation. The workers were polite and professional and cleaned up after the work. They wore masks the hole time. They took careful measurements to avoid errors. They moved the furniture carefully. They removedthe old carpeting and padding and took the garbage with them then after the new carpet was installed they vacuumed. They worked efficiently without *******. I can honestly recommend them.
