We purchased a new home with carpets that reeked of cat smell. My husband is allergic to cats and we thought we could shampoo the carpets on our own but nope. Did a great job with seamless carpet flow of two landings and three corners. Very satisfied with results and competitive pricing. I even received a $25 gift card for an honest review!
I had a tenant trash a rental property. I called National Floors Direct and they came out the very next day. The salesman was very kind and helped me pick out what was best for the house. He did not try to upsell me as he understood it was a rental and did not want to put in the most expensive carpets. They were ready to install as soon as the very next day.
