National Floors Direct is a great way to avoid all the hassles of buying flooring. The salesperson made it easy to select the flooring I wanted and he brought samples to choose among. I really love that all charges (including the pad for carpeting, installation fee, even taxes) are combined and the price quoted is exactly what you'll pay with no nickel and diming. The installer was prompt, very polite, and efficient. All in all, it was a pleasant experience buying from National Floors Direct.

National flooring completed my daughter's room and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. From the rep who came to inform and sell me the product, to the installers who did an outstanding job. There was a slight hiccup with scheduling and even the product selected, but the installers stayed, waited and left me satisfied with their work after I was worried. They cleaned up and walked me through it and It turned out perfect.

This experience was really great from start to finish. I was only in ******* for 3 days and needed to get carpet installed. I met with NFD on Tuesday at my condo for a free estimate knowing I was leaving town Thursday and needed to get carpet installed before I left. I was told that it could be installed the next morning.
