Everything went very smoothly from scheduling to installation. The workers were polite and professional and cleaned up after the work. They wore masks the hole time. They took careful measurements to avoid errors. They moved the furniture carefully. They removedthe old carpeting and padding and took the garbage with them then after the new carpet was installed they vacuumed. They worked efficiently without *******. I can honestly recommend them. We are so happy with our new floors. They were beyond patient with me as I worked to select the best option for us that also fit the budget. Once we made a selection, scheduling was easy. The installers showed up a few minutes early from the time slot. They were polite and did an amazing job. We will be recommending NFD to anyone looking for new floors.
The installer was such a hard worker that he was at my home until 9pm on a Friday night! NFD said the installer would arrive between ****pm and even after making a mistake they fixed it right away and sent the installer to my house at 530 pm on a Friday night. Who knew they worked so late? The carpets look and feel great! The installer vaccumed after installation and cleaned up after himself. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review
This has been a great experience. I initially received a high rough estimate from ********** prior to scheduling a real estimate of which they were intending to charge me just to receive. I called national floors direct and they had someone out to give me a price that same week, with the schedule for install to happen as soon as two weeks out. We purchased a "new to us" home. During the walk throughs I noticed the carpets were dirty. No big deal, we have older pets so I figured I'd just get them cleaned. When we moved in and the previous owner had removed all their own stuff, I saw just how bad the carpets were.
