Great experience all around. Timely appointment, prompt and great sales rep. Install extremely timely, installer was prompt, professional and attentive to customer satisfaction. Great job and room was left in tip top condition. Will definitely refer to friends wanting any installs!
Our experience with NFD was a very successful one. Gilbert came to our house and showed us several samples of flooring that we could choose from. With the dogs we had to go with something that was more durable. Very happy with our decision . We will use them before others. The gentlemen that came to our house was very kind and knew what he was doing. He made sure before installing the floor that is was the correct one. We will be using them for any projects that we have in the future

I must say working with National Floors Direct (NFD)was a good experience from start to finish. NFD customer service was courtesy throughout my entire time working with them. NFD worked on my schedule without any hassle. Customer service notified before and after my floors were installed. The installers were very professional and finished my four rooms and staircase in one day. I was totally satisfied with National Floors Direct. I would highly recommend their services.
