National floors direct installed luxury vinyl in our home as well as ripping out and discarding our old laminate floor. The installers arrived promptly and were very professional. They worked hard and could barely tell they were in our home. The install was completed in a timely manner. When they were finished all materials and mess were picked up. The floor came out better than we expected. We will continue to use national floors direct.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The salesman took the time to find my needs and show me many samples. The installers were polite, quick and efficient . **************** is very kind and helpful.

My experience with National Floors Direct was a very pleasurable experience to say the least. The sales representative showed up on time, and he was very courteous. He was very professional in that he explained the different types of carpets plus he was not over zealous about pressuring me to buy the most expensive rug. Actually, he had a sample of each type of carpet that I could physically examine, and this was very helpful in making my decision. The *** team was absolutely amazing. They were extremely professional and fast. The representative listened to everything I was looking for a delivered. The installers were clean and extremely fast with the installation. I got one room carpeted and they were in and out in 30 minutes.

Great Floors. I finally got my bedroom floors done. We had a couple of estimates from different companies. We went National Floors Direct. My order # NY28647. We felt they were more straight forward with their price and No Hidden Fees. The crew came 10am to collect COD. Then they wanted to see the rooms that were getting the makeover. They worked nonstop until the job was done. They left the rooms looking amazing.

We were very thankful to find National Floors Direct, as we were on a time crunch to get new carpet installed. The rep came out the very next morning with samples to look at. They worked quickly and found enough of the product we had decided on. The installation was done well. We were also satisfied with the color options available on such short notice.

The sales process was great and the sales rep was easy to work with. The scheduled installers arrived on time and were very professional. The product ordered was as advertised and looks great in the upstairs of our home. After the clean up there was no sign of anything even happening! I will definitely use national floors direct again!
