I did a lot of searching around before deciding to use National Flooring Direct. I decided to contact them and they sent a representative to my house at no cost. The rep had a good variety of flooring and the prices were very affordable. I decided to hire them to replace carpet on my steps and vinyl on the landing. They let me informed throughout the entire process. The installation was fantastic! Im will definitely hire them again to do other flooring in my home!

National Floors Direct your carpet/flooring store that comes to you! I went to a "Big Box Store", took a bit to get some help when I finally found someone, I asked him my carpet question, no sooner had I asked when he replied "6 to 8 weeks for installation" that was not my question. We had a pleasant and satisfactory experience with National Floors Direct. The registration process was streamlined and very easy, with prompt follow up from the representative. The sales person was thorough and patient through our questions. We were able to find a solution that met our budget and the salesperson was not pushy about the sale. National Floors Direct carpeted 3 bedrooms, a hall and staircase in my new addition. They made the entire process very easy and the finished results look great! They had a good selection of carpets for a reasonable price and were very easy to work with. The installation was on-time and the installers were very professional. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

I want to express my great satisfaction with NFD. The technicians that performed the install of the vinyl flooring were prompt and professional. The install came out great and the Pastor of the church where the install occurred was very happy. The whole process from the sale to the finished work was a breeze. I would recommend NFD to anyone looking for flooring.

I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. I saw the ads many time on tv and finally called them for a quote. The salesman made a swift appointment to come to my house and give me a quote. After measuring and showing me the carpet that I wanted, he gave me a quote that was lower than I thought it would be. The installers came within two weeks and showed up at 11:55 AM, when my window was noon to 4 PM. I was so happy that they were there so early. The installation team for National Floors Direct exceeded my expectations for the install. I had concerns about stairs in the center of the room and a curved wall, but both were handled perfectly with no difference in the install compared with the rest of the room. They were able to work with me to find a product in my price point that fit the style I was looking for. The laminate product looks high end and could nearly pass for wood. Fast, easy, and nice product. Consultation with rep happened within 24 hours of first seeking information. Rep share detailed information about flooring choices. Pricing was fair, and we appreciated the same day signing discount. We were able to secure rapid installation that took place less than 3 days after order was submitted. Installers were timely, efficient, and professional. The old flooring was removed and the new floors completed in under 4 hours. Looks great; we are very satisfied!

The salesperson was very informative and answered all of my questions. He helped with getting the best price. There were alot of options to choose from. The floor was installed in less than one week. The installers were very nice and explained everything. The finished product looks great!
