The WORST Customer service!!! On Friday July 5th a sale's person from National Floors Direct come to my home for a quote on a carpet for a master bedroom including 2 closets. She laser measured the room, gave me a price for the carpet, to move the furniture and disposal of old carpet. She scheduled the install for Friday July 12th 2019. The installer showed up at 8am. We hired National Floors Direct to install laminate and carpet in our new home. The previous flooring had to be completely redone. I was hesitant to hire National Floors due to several reviews about them running out of material and horrible customer service. If this company has issues like this just to get a quote then I couldn't imagine how actually installing flooring could be if an issue arises. I had a guy come to measure my place. Ricardo M*********. He arrived and was very arrogant. He spent most of his time bad mouthing other flooring companies and told me I know nothing about floors. A salesperson came to our home and explained the installation process. They would take care of moving furniture and do all that was necessary. On installation day, the one in charge tells us that he's not getting paid to move furniture by National Floors Direct. "Great Start". I was moving into a house and decided to have the flooring done in my dining room, living room (with two closets) and one bedroom (with one closet). I had quotes done and decided to go with National Floors Direct. My installation was scheduled for June 1st. They arrived and did all the major flooring, but did not do the closet in the bedroom. My fireplace in the living room also had a rounded edging along the floor as my fireplace is raised above floor level and could cause someone to trip. The wood was removed from the fire... read more

We decided to get a new carpet in our living room. The salesman came down and spent 2 1/2 hours talking us into a carpet. We gave them a down payment, but that night we decided to cancel and go with someone else. My wife called to cancel in the morning and the person on the phone named Larry was so rude and wanted to know where we were going to get a carpet, my wife told him and he kept insisting he had the better deal. This was the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with. They changed my installation two times without telling me, including one day when they simply did not show up. Tom, the customer service manager, gave me every excuse when really they just didn't do their job. He promised they would be there because we had several showings of our house the following day.
