Dont go with National Floors Direct. They are liars from the salesman to customer service to the workers. They sub contract out their workers. The materials are awful and the DONT honor anything they say. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY ARE A HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

Despite the “cute” commercials, you know....with the scary looking sock puppets, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with National Floors Direct. We hired them to install wood floors and stairs this past weekend (signed contract and paid a deposit). I received a call from them yesterday saying they underbid the job and needed more money. If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay away, Everything is NOT as it seems. One day install? Hmmm... the customer service manager says they have 3 months to FINISH a job per the contract. They showed up without enough material to complete my job that THEY measured. No one seems to care that this means another full day out of work to sit there again. Their sales are super high pressure and I feel foolish for having fallen for their ad.

Shoddy quality of work, bad quality product, and unhelpful customer service. They subcontract out to random guys that don't have accountability and aren't invested. They're in and out asap. The guys HAVE to get the work done as fast as they possibly can. The rugs they put in were cut short so that they are shedding because the ends are not properly tucked in at the edges. My floors were not done properly, there are space in the seams of the floor and some parts start lifting up. I took pictures of the floor and send it and they don't respond or fix it. I tried speaking with the supervisor and there's no help. They put in their computer that they came to my home and they didn't. They can't say who came or who they talked to. All they do is lie it's the worst company to do business with. I would not recommend them at all.

Buyer Beware especially for the elderly From the start with the sales person down to the customer service manager make sure you read the fine print and check your materials before the installer comes in to your home. Whatever the sales manager tell you over the phone make sure you get it in writing to have your proof. They are a bunch of con artists.

Buyer Beware!!!! These people are the most unscrupulous business I have ever dealt with. After signing a contract for 18 months No Interest, National Floors Direct spent the next 5 months trying to change my contract to 12 months for 29.99% interest, their financial partner Synchrony Financial was of absolutely no help either! Called customer service numerous times and these people are the most Vile customer service individuals I have ever dealt with immediately trying to change the terms of a signed contract. Make your last payment.... and the return phone calls stop. Don't be tricked by their pleasant voices over the phone. They won't spend any time working with you to fix poor installation practices. 20 days after the installation, they tried to tell me the warranty had expired.

The TV ad says buy one and get one one free. But they don't have it when sales rep came to estimate. Total untrue ad.
