I recently had O'Krent Floors install LVP in most of my house. Russell, Monica, and Gilbert and his crew did a great job. The job was completed in less than a third of the time I was initially told that it could take. O'Krent was the only flooring company I got an estimate from as I wanted to be able to trust the people I would be dealing with. I highly recommend O'Krent for flooring projects.

We bought whole house carpet from O'Krent Floors 12 years ago. Recently, we saw some small areas where the carpet was starting to bubble up in 2 rooms. We went over to the store and talked to the Director of Operations, Monica *****. Imagine our surprise when she told us that this was covered under our "lifetime" installation warranty!!!! If we moved the furniture out of the two rooms, O'Krent Floors would send somebody out to re-stretch our carpet FREE OF CHARGE! Quality Quality Quality We just had O'Krent's install wood floors throughout our downstairs and they were fabulous...as always! This is the second time we've used them and my parents have used them as well. Excellent selection and excellent service.

Quality Quality Quality We just had O'Krent's install wood floors throughout our downstairs and they were fabulous...as always! This is the second time we've used them and my parents have used them as well. Excellent selection and excellent service. Will be back to see them about redoing our master shower in the summer.
