We had porcelain tile installed thru our entire house. (3000 sg ft). If I could rate O'Krent as a 10 I would. Our tile is perfectly straight and level. All the grout lines are perfect. Our previous ceramic tile that was installed by the builder was not level and the toilets would wobble. All are now perfectly level. Even our washer, dryer and dishwasher sit perfectly on the new floor. The base boards are mitered perfectly. We were given great service from start to finish. Kelly was such a help and delight in picking out our new tile flooring. Monica and Leo put together a great team for our installation. We are delighted with our new bedroom and would recommend O’Krent Floors and definitely use them again. This is our second time in 10 years to buy from them. Although I haven’t made a final decision on who will do my flooring, I want to give a shout out to Mike Ackley!!!! What a pleasure he is! From the moment I walked into the showroom he was just as nice & helpful as can be. He wasn’t the typical pushy salesman I’ve grown used to... he was patient & kind, knowledgeable and informative. So we are almost done with the remodel of the house. We still are working on the master bedroom and master bath but the rest is pretty much done. Been a long 2 years. I just want to also say that if you are looking for any type of floor the only place to go is O’Krent on 1604. You have to ask for Jason O’Krent. We recently had Okrents install our new flooring in our dining/living room and entry way. We love it. Tile that looks like wood? Believe it! We looked around at other places but they did not have anywhere near the selection of product or the expertise of Okrents sales advisors. The install went very smooth and it came with a lifetime warranty. I won’t have to replace this floor again!
