My experience with O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center was great. We had them put in wood floors in our bedroom, closet and stairs. The installation was mostly smooth with the exception of a delay for the flooring on the stairs. They had to have that piece custom made. They are very nice people and the floors look absolutely beautiful!
O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center carpeted and floored our entire house. We've been using them for probably the last six years. O'Krent's assisted with the color and pattern selection. They then assisted us with a warranty service when the installation of two of the carpets ended up being defective. We had to replace three entire rooms on warranty.
