Tyrel H. was kind, compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs from the moment we got there. He listened to every detail of what we were looking for and explained the features of the adjustable bed he thought we may want to start looking at. Then he gave us the option to look at the base with a few more "bells & whistles " to compare features and comfort. Shopping for compact/stacking washer and dryer, we were pleased to have a sales person who was well informed about the products. Despite the limited options for our particular needs, he was able to recommend the Electrolux compact models. We are waiting delivery but anticipate the product will fit our needs.

Sales help is exceptional. Knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating. Come to find out Tammy is (the) General Manager, but she made time for us and knew the answers to our questions. Then she got Blaine to help us placing the orders, probably so he gets the credit.
