In house presentation and sales service was fantastic; attentive, understanding, honest. Delivery service was extremely poor; 5 hours late past latest time frame, no communication, left without confirming all was well.
John H. Every part of our experience was great. We first tried a furniture in Tooele. They said it would be 4 months before we could get any sofa. With RCWilley I was sitting on my new sofa by 2:00 pm the next day.

He has good public relation skills and was very thoughtful and respectful to me while I made my decision. He instilled confidence and trust in my communication with him. I will refer him and the store to others. He answered all my concerns which helped me make a comfortable decision.
Great customer service! Many choices for appliances. My sales person was very knowledgeable about all the appliances that I was interested in.
Went in RC Wileys to look for hospital bed for my father. I worked with Phillip C*******. It took less than 15 minutes to decide on model. Very very nice man. Took one week for delivery. Delivery was in time with very quick set up.

I have been going to RC Willys store since we moved to the area 10 years ago, and we pretty much decorated our house from their awesome store. More recently my appliances are beginning to need replacement, so I went back for a new dishwasher and was greeted, as always, by friendly sales crew. Diane K. was the perfect sale lady. She answered all my many questions and I left happy with my purchase and the way I was treated.
