Sales help is exceptional. Knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating. Come to find out Tammy is (the) General Manager, but she made time for us and knew the answers to our questions. Then she got Blaine to help us placing the orders, probably so he gets the credit.

One word easily describes my recent interaction at RC Willey. Mike C in Appliances went out of his way to ensure we got the refrigerator we needed delivered the next day. Our current refrigerator died unexpectedly and we needed a quick fix as we had freshly purchased groceries including tons of frozen food. Both Lowe’s and Home Depot indicated they couldn’t guarantee a delivery date of anything sooner than 5+ days. I am now a FOREVER customer for all my home needs. Thank you RC Willey!!!!

No one came other to ask if we needed help with looking at the hanging rugs No other shoppers were around One employee was way in the back texting or email or internet not talking on the cell phone though So I walked the 50 feet to go ask her if we could order in a different size She was very helpful polite professional no problems with her helping us all that was good We bought the rug and no issues with her Then we go back to pay and 5 ladies let us stand there for way to long One of them should have been up and out of the... read more
