The salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the dishwashers (Kitchen Aid) that were available. He advised us about the extended warranty that was available for a reasonable price. He was able to arrange for us to get the new dishwasher in a reasonable amount of time, even though we live 100 miles from the store. Would definitely recommend the store for kitchen appliance purchases.

He listened to every detail of what we were looking for and explained the features of the adjustable bed he thought we may want to start looking at. Shopping for compact/stacking washer and dryer, we were pleased to have a sales person who was well informed about the products. Despite the limited options for our particular needs, he was able to recommend the Electrolux compact models. We are waiting delivery but anticipate the product will fit our needs.
Keith was exceptional, very friendly, professional, and very very knowledgeable of the products we were looking into. He answered all of our questions and worked with us on pricing to meet our budget needs. Will definitely recommend this store in the Rocklin location.
