We had an issue with a mattress purchased 8 years ago that came with a 10-year warranty. RC Willey was quick to send out an evaluator and get back to us with a response. We went to the store and worked with Justin P******, who wears very knowledgeable about the products. We selected a new mattress and it will be delivered next week. We were very happy all around with the customer service and help to resolve the issue. My back is looking forward to a better night’s rest!

Have had a charge account at RC Willey for years. Last week was the first time I have ever purchased a new couch and chair. It was a quick and friendly purchase. They always have plenty of people there to assist you and they are always knowledgeable and pleasant. Large showroom and plenty of choices. If you can't find what you need here, you won't find what you need anywhere.
