My wife and I had a great experience at R C Willeys yesterday. We were looking for a bench/storage for the foot of our bed. When we arrived at the store we were welcomed and directed to bedroom section to see what was available. We looked at the options and walked around the store. We came back to what we had seen when we first arrived. A salesman was there to assist us and check on availability. J R ***** was friendly and helpful. A delivery was scheduled for my wife’s birthday next week.

We were amazed at the rebate we received for our warranty. For a few additional dollars we were able to purchase a brand new chair. Everyone at R. C. Willy was fantastic throughout the entire process. Thank you all . We are customers for life.

We were looking for a sectional couch and were fortunate enough to be paired with Sales Representative Michael ********. He asked what our requirements were and then proceeded to show us the different displays. Michael was respectful, engaging, knowledgeable and patient while answering all our questions. We were delighted to find the perfect sectional couch as well as a beautiful rug, (your designers do a great job), which will be delivered by month end.
