I built myself up thinking ..."here we go a warranty issue on a mattress" which turned out to be beyond a Five Star Experience. Victor D. was just down right Excellent. Never a negative tone or word. Professional all the way. There is a reason why we go to R.C. Willey, 100% total selection and staff that goes beyond. Great customer service and fast delivery! Was able to place my order in store for a couch they had on site, and got it delivered by 10am the next day. The supervisor, Gabe, was professional and handled everything with ease. The delivery guys were prompt and helpful with placement. Will definitely be returning!

Great customer service. Our salesman Warren is awesome! He is very patient and understanding. Listens to what I want and doesn't try to sell me anything extra. We keep going back to him for those reasons.
