I don’t think I will be back. We just moved into our new house and needed a kitchen table. The one I wanted wasn’t available till Aug 1 which I can understand. My second choice was in stock and I said great because we have no place to eat at the in our house. After we get the paperwork done the salesman said oh yeah we cannot deliver til July 28. Nothing can be done unless someone cancels. Well if I have to wait that long I should have went with my first choice. Salesman was nice but your customer service is nonexistent.

Horrible place! Having a hard time with this store to replaced a glass shelf all I get is the run around spent a lot of money at this store when I call in to talk with a supervisor all I get are LIES!!!!! I have been waiting months for my glass shelf one person said they ordered it the next person said it wasn’t ordered back and forth with these people DO NOT BUY FROM THEM LOOKS GOOD BUT ITS A PIECE OF CRAP!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrific delivery experience. Drivers damaged my front door on the way out and I have yet to receive any resolution from their claims department. I have gotten the run around even after escalating to a claims supervisor.

I just want to say that the customer service at RC Willey for warranty work is horrible. I bought a recliner and sofa and bought the extra warranty for the leather. I called their warranty service in July of 2020 to get someone to look at it. So in October someone came down to our home to evaluate the items. The technician said both the sofa and chair need to be repaired. So on May 11, 2021 they came down to my home in Richfield and picked up my sofa. But they would not take the recliner. Provo location. At the end of April, they delivered a broken TV. I can't get them to exchange it. I've been told they need to go through the manufacturer to provide a solution. I call and wait on hold. Then, they ask some questions and put me on hold. Then they tell me they will call me back. Then, no one calls me back and I call back and wait on hold. Repeat. I still have a broken TV and no solution.

I purchased a built-in refrigerator and freezer combination on December 28, 2020. I was told (and my receipt states) that the appliances would be delivered on February 15, 2021, and that I would be contacted before the delivery so that the installer could come by my house to assess the placement of the appliances. As no one had contacted me yet, I called on February 13th and was told that the products would now be delivered on May 7, 2021. Horrible customer service. They get zero stars from me but I had to give one star to even write a review. I purchased a sofa sleeper in August 2019 and didn't have guests to use it until October 2020 and the screws fell out of the bottom making it inoperative. I called customer service and was told that I had to pay for parts and labor to fix it. This is unacceptable to me. I tried a second time recently to use it with guests and the same thing happened.
