My husband and I purchased a brand new washer and dryer from RC Willey and a few months ago our dryer caught on fire. At the time, the dryer was less than two years old. We had purchased the warranty so we immediately filed a claim. RC Willey started the process with a local company to get someone out here to check the dryer. That was about 4 months ago. I had purchased a relatively expensive sectional from the ********* location in ********* and paid for the delivery. On the day of the delivery it was delivered to my neighbors home, they brought the sectional into my neighbors home, set it up, and left. The online track widget informed me that the delivery was one stop away, so I had assumed that my neighbor had ordered something as well. Went to the Steamboat location in search of flooring in the beginning of March. Had our home measured, found flooring we liked and placed the order on March 24th for install on April 25th having also picked out the baseboard to be included at install and paid for the order in full. Still scratching our head, 10 years ago we had carpet and pad installed by RC Willey ******** *****. 104 sq. yards of carpet.Now we get an estimate for new carpet same house same floor plan, and they come up with 127 sq yds of carpet, 2022 same house? We called and ask why so mush more carpet. They reworked the plan and now come up 119 sq yds. to us that's 15 yards of waste. and $646.65 extra. .

Have carpet bought and installed through R.C.Willey in Meridian **. The carpet was installed contrary to the way the original measurer had decided best according the walking patterns. The carpet is bunching up in the middle of the room at this time. I have placed three calls to the specific installer whose name I was given when I actually went in the see what could be done. The salesman forgot to input my order. The store said they would give me a $200 credit because of this. They ended up charging me $400 more than they should. Took me hours to get this straightened out and I finally paid $2 more than my original invoice.

I got behind on my payments due to loosing my job during the pandemic now I'm getting all this court orders from rc Willey where it says they are gonna take my pay check try to make payment arrangements since I had no job for almost 2 years and didn't get unemployment so I try paying little by little but they didn't want the little payments and now I out ot 240 dollars that I owe them now is 340 plus 150 for paper work and **** dollars for the law office is crazy how I tried and they didn't even accept any little money and t... read more

I recently purchased a leather recliner and couch combo at RC Willey. The couch showed up in working order because it doesn't have any moving parts, the recliner was another matter. Initially the recliner worked for about a week and a half despite what I assumed were small imperfections before the bottom dropped out of it. I turned it over to notice the legs had mud on them and were gouged. The bottom of the chair was tearing from the recliner. I brought this product an year with an extended 2 year warranty which they person in **** sold me on? I humbly agreed.Exactly one year after the tread mill stops randomly and I call Extended Warranty they set up a technician to come look at it.
