I usually do not order anything unless I see it first. To my surprise I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I couldn't believe how helpful the staff was with my calls and the delivery was right on time. I love my new sofa and chair. My refrigerator compressor died and I had to buy a new one so I went to RC Willey and spoke to salesman, *************************** who was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.He guided us to a refrigerator that perfectly fits our needs.

This was a great experience. We were able to select and purchase a matching gas range and over-the-range microwave oven quickly with the able assistance of ***********************. We made the purchase on June 28th. Two days later, we had our microwave delivered and installed on time and done in half an hour. He was excellent, very professional and extremely knowledgeable in the area of appliances. Based on our experience with this purchase, we would definitely recommend RC Willey for any future purchases.
The sales staff was VERY helpful. We got what we wanted at a great price. The staff at the accounting desk navigated a store credit I had, with ease. We shop there a lot and are never disappointed!
