Great customer experience from ordering to delivering to customer service about price matching at the end of the order was absolutely fantastic I will never buy an appliance from anybody else but RC Willey. My refrigerator was $1,700 and change the next day I happened to look in the same refrigerator was $200 cheaper they refunded me my $200 without even batting an eye or questioning it I'm very pleased with the company thank you again RC Willey to anybody else needing an appliance this is the place to go

We have always and continue to be UBER impressed by the availability of professionals who intimately know and understand the merchandise they sell at RCWilley. We were even able to have a hard-to-find fridge delivered and installed in less than 48 hours. The timeliness and ability to follow the route of our delivery was outstanding.

The sales person helped us select the television we wanted and suggested upgrading our sound system which we also did. The technicians that installed everything you the fabulous job very neat clean and organized.

The salesman was wonderful and the deliverymen were actually early and very polite. They set up the two reclining couches in record time and showed me how to take it apart when needed. Was very impressed with the whole process and would recommend them to anyone.Thank you very much for a wonderful experience.*************************

They were fantastic! Went in to find a mattress for my grandson. The salesperson, Beau, was efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The process was quick and so very pleasant, enjoyable. When I went to customer service, Victoria **** was amazing. She discovered credits I didn't know I had, which helped with the purchase. She was quick and efficient, very pleasant. And the young lady at pickup was fantastic as well. I will go back just because the experience was so fabulous!!

I needed to replace a microwave oven which was not manufactured any more. I called RCWilley to find a replacement. *********************** helped me to find one and saved me a trip to the store. I ordered it over the phone. He was very courteous and very pleasant to talk to. Thank you.*******
