Our sales associate that assisted us (on several occasions) was extreme helpful and patient with our selection process. The delivery of our furniture was on schedule and we were updated throughout the delivery process. Thus far we have nothing but high praise for the service we received at ********************** store.

This was my 3rd time shopping at the RC Willey in *******, **. All of my experiences have been positive. Staff friendly and willing to help. **************** was helpful and respectful in showing me the different mattress and adjustable bases. After delivery, I needed to call and spoke to ******. Told him I needed to have a tech come out and install the legs on the adjustable base (delivery didn't install them but instead set the adjustable base on my bed frame) and ****** scheduled the appointment. ****** came out today, re... read more
