They delivered 5 times to our house all damaged items. Junk quality and they don’t care. Don’t waist your money at RC Willey!!!

Continually changed delivery times and dated without notifying us as to theses changes. Given we were moving into a new home we had a number of scheduled events which had to be closely timed to accommodate movers, internet, appliance installation, painters, DTV, electrical s, new furniture, ad infinitum. They totally ignored their actions in this regard. They provided our Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator,Water softener, Ro unit And new QLED and sound system interface. The most horrible customer service EVER. I bought a washer and they set it up to be delivered after we got home from work. Then they leave a message hours before anyone will be home that they will be there in 15 minutes. Since nobody was home they left the area. Said they could maybe come back at midnight. Midnight! Then still couldn't do that. Said they would deliver the next day at right time. Now saying they don't even have my delivery on the truck. I will never shop there again. Hope they go out of business. When I purchased my living room and dining room sets at RC Willey on Stephanie in Las Vegas, I was misinformed on an adjustment made on my purchase to reflect the posted price. I called back within 30 days as instructed by the salesman to call back to get the fourth of July sales. Sadly, it did not go so well and I was transferred to one of the managers (Matt). Now owned by Berkshire Hathaway, R.C. Willey offers substandard products and service. I purchased a 7 piece desk set for over $3,000. They delivered it with many mares, drawers that didn't match up, drawers that didn't glide smoothly, etc. It took 5 different visits to attempt to rectify the problems. Many times they brought the wrong pieces, or the replacement items where the same or worse than the others. In the end, I don't have what I purchased. I won't be back.

I purchased a Aireloom Mattess 8 months ago.The Mattess is not holding up, dips and in the middle. I call RC Willey and they said they can't do nothing about it. I call Aireloom product warranty they told me i have to go though RC Willey. I purchased a dinning set January 19 2019 and i had company over and my friend was sitting on one of the chair and subsequenly the chair broke. He was holding a four month old baby and thank God nothing happend to the baby. Unfortunately he did suffer an injury. He hit the back of hes head.... read more

I picked a One Star when in fact RC Willey gets ZERO Stars! Their sales people talk you into purchasing their Warranty all the while either lying or not knowing the stores policy. They are just looking for that sale. We purchased matching leather sofa, loveseat and recliner from RC Willey and the sales lady talked us into purchasing the warranty stating it even covers damages from pets. We were like, really? Because we do allow our dogs on the furniture and because we do, we wanted non-material as leather cleans much easier.... read more

The appliances i bought were delivered partially. The wall oven was not available on the delivery day. I waited a week so i called customer service & told me that the product is already in Henderson warehouse. So why didn’t deliver it unless I called the customer service dept.. They scheduled the delivery the next day & the oven didn’t fit is so i have to pay extra to move the gas wiring in order for the oven to fit well.

There were no issues with sales person. I gave one star due the fact our chair was a custom order and took close to 7 weeks to get. When delivered it had a yellow stain. So we had to reorder another chair and had to wait another several eeeks. When delivered guys were in a hurry, the chair was not covered in plastic, it had a dirty moving blanket on top. I also noticed the guys wore dirty gloves when bringing in the chair. So we paid for a dirty chair and they did not have the pillow that came with the chair. Very disappoint... read more
