If you have kids, please read. RC Willey's furniture is cheap, which is kind of standard these days. The problem is it's so cheap, the dressers don't contain enough real wood to be secured to the wall. We bought a chest of drawers for our son's room and tried to mount it to the wall with the included mounting kit. It won't hold. I have bought many things from rc willeys for many years but this had to be the worst experience I have ever had the appliance manager Bryce was extremely disrespectful and very belittling towards me I have never experienced anything like it At the sidewalk sale the point to me was to sell the clearance items I wanted a washer dryer and a fridge along with bunk beds for my kids The way Bryce spoke to saying things like you can’t have one washer LG and 1 Samsung we r trying to keep the same products together also I wanted a d... read more

We were very disappointed in the installation and sales coordination. We bought carpets for 2 bedrooms and an area rug for the living room. We needed furniture moved and told them we had stairs that needed a tarp to protect the carpet. Installation never called us. We were told there would be a crew to move the furniture. Instead 1 person showed up. No tarp or booties used. (We would like our stairs carpet professionally cleaned by RC Willey). The installer did both bedrooms but did not have the area carpet. I purchased 4 individual Theater Chairs. They had several styles and materials to choose from, however didn’t have all the features I was looking for. To get to the point, 2 chairs out of the four were received without any issues. The first chair I inspected was missing the rubber cushion cup holder pad on the right arm, also the screws that secured the cup holder were partially screwed in. They are friendly yes and prices I bought is too much after I found out other places for half the cost. Oh well. But they do have cool furniture stuff and prices are about right.

This was a terrible experience. We have purchased a lot from RCW but never used their third party installers “Quality Appliance.” We paid 225.00 to have the dishwasher and microwave purchased from RCW and it was awful. The installer was rude and didn’t have the proper adapter to hook up water to dishwasher and left it with the hose hanging out. Screwed it into the trim of our cabinets and cracked the trim. We purchased a refrigerator back in Christmas of 2018. It was delivered with a small dent in one of the drawers. The delivery workers told us if we hadn’t heard from RC Willey about the new drawer order to call back in a week. We call back in a week because we hadn’t heard customer service said that the part has been ordered. Another two weeks past so we called again inquiring about the part that was supposed to be ordered from Samsung. Very Unhappy (11-22-2016) I have been purchasing furniture and appliances from RC for the last 2 years. Usually good service and great product. I recently worked with the Carpet department (ken). I order some special carpet (expensive). I was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. I called after a month, and spoke with the sales person Ken, and he said he was working on it.
