Customer service was very good. The salesperson was available, but not pushy. We purchased our furniture, arrange delivery, and finished in good time.

We were looking for a sectional couch and were fortunate enough to be paired with Sales Representative Michael ********. He asked what our requirements were and then proceeded to show us the different displays. Michael was respectful, engaging, knowledgeable and patient while answering all our questions. Craig E is our sales person. He always has our best interest in mind when we need anything in appliances. He is a friend. We have always received a price we are happy with and we love what we have purchased at R C Willey. The only place we will shop.

The RC Willey in Delta shores Sacramento is incredible. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Everyone I spoke with was and informed employee. Building was clean. All the furniture was good quality and reasonably priced. I bought a clearance couch and ended up not fitting through my doorway. However the manager was super helpful and was willing to give us full credit back to purchase a smaller couch. Special thanks to Linh Tran and Bernie Serratos for their help in the buying process.
