RC Willey was able to replace our refrigerator in a short time period. Kaylee, the person who helped us was outstanding.
Had a very good experience there. Friendly sales person named Vincent who was very helpful and took care of us.
Loved all of the furniture. Purchased two lamps and tried to purchase an sofa table. The sales person said I would have to go the warehouse out by the airport. I live 3 hours away and didn't have time. I wanted to purchase one off the floor but they have a policy that a person can't purchase off the floor. So they lost a sale.

Fantastic experience! I called RC Willey and got ahold of Jonathan in the appliance dept. I made an appointment with him. We came in and with his help we purchased a washer and dryer. It went quickly and smoothly. They offered to deliver them the next day. They came and the installation crew was quick and friendly. This was a flawless, great buying experience.
