Draper RC Willey is an outstanding location with some amazing sales people. One in particular that stands out is Jim Hudson!!! After purchasing our bedroom set we discovered that we were going to need to purchase lamps, and my husband mentioned that he liked the ones that were actually displayed with the bedroom set. Van Forrester of the furniture department was not only extremely helpful but very knowledgeable, friendly, and best of all, he did not do the typical “hard sell” one expects to get in a mattress-buying scenario. Thank you Van for such a wonderful shopping experience.

Great customer service. Van was so informative. I wish prices were a bit less, but they do have a great variety. Like that they have a snack bar too.

WOW, just got back from R.C. Willey and was fortunate to meet David ****, Sales person. He was informative, helpful, sense of humor and a delight to assist my wife and I in the selection of a bed and mattress. Gave choices, pros and cons and suggestions. Highly professional and a welcome relief. He may or may not work in different areas of the store, but the next time we come in to update our furniture we will be looking for David.

Huge furniture and appliance place.beautiful living rooms and dining sets.patio sets to bbq grills to awesome customer service.you will be amazed when you walk in.so much to choose .variety of computers it's a must see place.Its BETTER to go there than it is to browse online.Check it out when your in reno,nevada

The sales people are always very helpful without pressuring. We like the option that enables us to return the item in a few days if it doesn’t fit our style or room configuration.
