Excellent Service!
Great shopping experience. The sales personnel weren’t pushy at all, but willing to answer all our questions and offer honest opinions on various brands and models.
The sales representatives were amazing. Answered a lot of questions and gave us a lot of information. Looking for a television refrigerator and cooktop. They were great about couple of changes in orders. They met a price that we got at another store for a television and refrigerator. We had a fire at our house and they are not delivering until our home is repaired. We are very happy with RC Willey. Had never been in before until they open the new one in Elk Grove.
We received excellent service from all the associates. They were patient, answered all our questions and explained pros and cons on the particular appliances we were interested in. We would certainly come back as a happy customer
Service was excellent from start to finish. As we wandered around looking for a sofa bed, we were pleasantly greeted. We were shown all options available with some pros/cons of different types of sofa beds (versus trying to sell us the most expensive). We found exactly what we wanted and will have it delivered in the next few weeks. Thank you!
