The service received from Rod was very good. Besides the faulty control switch he found a loose bolt under the seat section and tightened it. not having the proper control, he attached a temporary control until the proper control could be ordered, Thanks to Rod our chair now works like it should... Good experience purchasing a TV from Murray, UT. Sales person was helpful. Model purchases was in stock and available for pick up within 20 minutes of purchase. Warehouse person was pleasant and helped load TV in the vehicle, reminding us not to lay it flat. Have made many purchases from RC Willey over the years - have always been very satisfied.
