We have made several expensive purchases from the ***** store. We could not be happier with the service, quick problem resolution, expertise and speed of delivery and installation staff and process, and their commitment to our satisfaction. We are older. Everyone at the store in ******, ** was super nice. Unfortunately, delivery has been frustrating. Everything was supposed to be delivered in one day and we were told the tv couldnt be delivered due to someone being sick. Okay I can be understanding of that. The people who came day 1 were great. The people who came today, it was like pulling teeth to get any kind of help.
