Everyone at the store in ******, ** was super nice. Unfortunately, delivery has been frustrating. Everything was supposed to be delivered in one day and we were told the tv couldnt be delivered due to someone being sick. Okay I can be understanding of that. The people who came day 1 were great. The people who came today, it was like pulling teeth to get any kind of help. Bought a new GE French door ***************** stopped working the next day; after my husband got home he found everything melted in the **************** was warm so we threw it all out. He called *************** & had a new replacement in 2 days. It seems the first one was missing a relay plug. They also gave me a refund as the new door was scratched. Thats why we buy from them, they still have customer service & support
