Were very happy with this store and glad someone referred us to them. Our sales person was very helpful and patient with us while we were trying to find furniture for our new house No pressure but a lot of great guidance from our sales person We would recommend this store because they dont push you to buy something but assist you with your investment to make sure youre satisfied with the looks to beautify your home

We purchased a ** Microwave/convection oven at the ************ store (**********). Our salesperson was ************************. **** was Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and courteous. After the purchase i had to telephone **** as I was missing an instruction manual. He told me would check for the manual and call me back. He returned my call within twenty minutes and said he had the manual, and I could pick it up at the store or he would mail it to me. We have had nothing but great experiences at RC Willey. The first time we visited their store, we were amazed at how organized and open it wasnot at all cluttered like some furnitures stores. We were greeted right away and handed a sales flyer. As soon as we turned towards the living room furniture section, we found our future leather couch and matching chair. I love my experience with R.C.WILLEY ************************* was very patient, understanding and spent a great deal of time showing me different sectionals. All aspects finding the right sectional financing delivery was all done in a timely manner and very professional. The Laptop was the last one and the floor model. The sales associate asked if it would be acceptable and I agreed that it would. Upon my arrival I was informed that everything was being restored to factory specs and was almost done. They asked if there was anything else that they could help me with while it was finishing the restoration. By the time that I chose a mouse it was complete. I could not expect being treated any better.

RC Willey never disappoints! I have left five star reviews in the past and I will again, this company goes the extra mile for their customers, we have always in the years we have been purchasing from there, have never had an issue that was not resolved asap! Kudos to the staff and management for award winning customer satisfaction!
