We purchased a ** Microwave/convection oven at the ************ store (**********). Our salesperson was ************************. **** was Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and courteous. After the purchase i had to telephone **** as I was missing an instruction manual. He told me would check for the manual and call me back. He returned my call within twenty minutes and said he had the manual, and I could pick it up at the store or he would mail it to me. We have had nothing but great experiences at RC Willey. The first time we visited their store, we were amazed at how organized and open it wasnot at all cluttered like some furnitures stores. We were greeted right away and handed a sales flyer. As soon as we turned towards the living room furniture section, we found our future leather couch and matching chair.
