Always my go to store for product and service and satisfaction with any needed followup
My 1st time visiting the store and I was very impressed by the layout You could see a large variety of HomeGoods as well as the service I received from the person that assisted. I was there for a stove and refrigerator, he was patient and he was familiar with the products. I was able to take my time and found the perfect stove and fridge.
Had a nice easygoing time in there looking for the piece of furniture that I wanted. No pressure whatsoever
The entire staff has been wonderful. My Salesman Michael has been outstanding. He understood my needs, taste and timely issues. The store is laid out nicely and offers a great variety of style and price. I have been to other furniture stores in the area, but the customer service at RC Willies puts them all to shame
RCWilley's company ethics are outstanding! Their prices are great and they really employ some of the best associates for customer service and that are friendly and knowledgeable. Is truly a great shopping experience while shopping and purchasing from RCWilley!
