TJ was our salesman for the selection of a dishwasher. He was a consummate customer service representative, helping us ensure that our selection was priced appropriately on the invoice, and answering our questions. We were also impressed with the speed at which RC Willey responded to our phone call. We were routed to TJ within a minute of dialing, which made us feel that the company respects the value of our time.
