John H. Every part of our experience was great. We first tried a furniture in Tooele. They said it would be 4 months before we could get any sofa. With RCWilley I was sitting on my new sofa by 2:00 pm the next day.

Salesman had much knowledge and comparisons of the products In appliances which I appreciated very much. I have been going to RC Willys store since we moved to the area 10 years ago, and we pretty much decorated our house from their awesome store. More recently my appliances are beginning to need replacement, so I went back for a new dishwasher and was greeted, as always, by friendly sales crew. Diane K. was the perfect sale lady. She answered all my many questions and I left happy with my purchase and the way I was treated.
The salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the dishwashers (Kitchen Aid) that were available. He advised us about the extended warranty that was available for a reasonable price. He was able to arrange for us to get the new dishwasher in a reasonable amount of time, even though we live 100 miles from the store. Would definitely recommend the store for kitchen appliance purchases.
