Salesman had much knowledge and comparisons of the products In appliances which I appreciated very much. He has good public relation skills and was very thoughtful and respectful to me while I made my decision. He instilled confidence and trust in my communication with him. I will refer him and the store to others. He answered all my concerns which helped me make a comfortable decision.

I have been going to RC Willys store since we moved to the area 10 years ago, and we pretty much decorated our house from their awesome store. More recently my appliances are beginning to need replacement, so I went back for a new dishwasher and was greeted, as always, by friendly sales crew. Diane K. was the perfect sale lady. She answered all my many questions and I left happy with my purchase and the way I was treated.

The salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the dishwashers (Kitchen Aid) that were available. He advised us about the extended warranty that was available for a reasonable price. He was able to arrange for us to get the new dishwasher in a reasonable amount of time, even though we live 100 miles from the store. Would definitely recommend the store for kitchen appliance purchases.

Tyrel H. was kind, compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs from the moment we got there. He listened to every detail of what we were looking for and explained the features of the adjustable bed he thought we may want to start looking at. Then he gave us the option to look at the base with a few more "bells & whistles " to compare features and comfort. If you want beautiful furniture, exceptional and fantastic service RC Willey is the place to shop. The sales staff are wonderful. The office staff were kind and caring. We have been customers of RC Willey for 11 years. It is the only store that I can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you RC Willey.
