Jeff **** and his team were amazing. They got my house measured (1,800 sqft.) and installed new mat and carpet in less than a week. Great experience, highly recommend.
Fantastic customer service. Veda Green at the Westerville location went above and beyond to help us get carpet installed in time for a family function after being let down by a big box store. Great carpet, installation and for a great price. Purchase to installation in less than 48 hours, doesn't get any better than that!!

The service we received was excellent. From walking into the store looking for carpet all the way through getting our carpet installed was flawless. Jeff Bond whom worked with us to find the right carpet for us and measured our home was knowledgeable and professional. The price was unbeatable. We will defiantly use RiteRug again!
