I worked with Rachel C******* on an investment property I have in Cincinnati. She arrived on-time and was very friendly and efficient. Rite Rug did a great job installing my new vinyl in my bathroom. It all started with the great job Kevin Wright did bringing the product to my home. His installers (Rick & Ron ) were very friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend Rite Rug and please ask for Kevin Wright if you want the best sales person at Rite Rug.
Had new flooring installed in the whole house. Our salesperson, Kevin was polite and flexible in working with us. The installers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The floor is beautiful and we are very happy.

Great experience and Kevin W***** has been fantastic! We have needed some follow up work done and Kevin was instrumental in getting that accomplished. We will use Rite Rug again in the future for our flooring needs.
Kevin was great in helping us find the right carpet for our stairs. When our initial search didn't turn up anything Kevin kept working with us until we found the carpet we liked at the right price.
Working with Riterug was quick and easy. I had a home shopping person come out to my house and we could match existing carpet perfectly.
